City ordinances can help this. Fantastic location. The Suite looked lovely but upon inspection could use some updating. Refrigerator was rusted Air conditioner was old and noisy. Bathroom faucets were dated. Light switches were missing knobs. Broken magnetic catches on the tv armoire Overall the property was inviting but attention to outdated details are needed. "
