"We stayed on the top floor and had an amazing large balcony on the roof with the best view! There is no elevator but we didn't mind. The location is good, close to bus stops into the city and you can walk to cool shops, cafes and bars. The person on the desk was very friendly and accommodating with our bags."

Although we've stayed here previously, I was unaware that the hotel had a guest laundry. Maybe it's new? We didn't need to use it, but that is very helpful for our future visits.
