The staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly, attentive, and communicative in every way. They even surprised me with a lovely birthday celebration, which made our stay extra special. We usually book our trips through Expedia, and this hotel was definitely one of the best and most worthwhile choices we’ve made. Highly recommended!"

"Renovated around historic traditional Hamam. Excellent breakfast, worth every penny. Open 7 to 11. Hot tea and coffee 24 hours. Shower and bathroom have just enough room for 1 person. You need yiur passport number to use wifi. Did not work for everyone in our group. Queen bed came with 2 double covers. Was a bit weird. Staff is very friendly accomodates any request possible. Visited Hamam. Highly recommended experience."

"The owner went completely out of his way by finding me a cab, walking me outside to show me where to catch the cab, suggest tourist sights, etc My room was very clean and completely adequate. Loved the location (proximity to the touristy promenade full of shops & restaurants plus Taksim Square was perfect). Very impressed! I would definitely stay there again!"

"This is a boutique hotel in a historic part of Istanbul. There is paint that is chipped and tile that is cracked but it is charming AF. VERY good proximity to shops & restaurants. The staff is fantastic as well. It can be very noisy on a weekend night."
