A hidden gem in Turkey!
Tranquilla is the perfect get away from stressful Istanbul - It's a beautiful and relaxing place, not only near rivers but mountains and the sea. The food and service were amazing too.

The most impressive thing about this place is that amazing service which was provided by the staff specially Shukri and omed and the manager Tarhan . The place was amazing and the food and very peaceful atmosphere . We love to go back to Tranquilla Niher evi .

Perfect stay in a warm place
As the name implies, this place is quiet, warm and cozy, perfect choice for couples to have some time for themselves in a romantic view. Interior design of the common area where breakfast and dinner served is well done and chimney with two couches facing each other is definitely a big plus. Personnel is quite good. Breakfast is second two none, dinner served with options and with good quality wine. Chimneys in some of the rooms took our thumbs up.

An all-star experience
This was one of the best experiences we've had so far in Turkey. Although we actually stayed at Tranquilla's sister hotel "Robins Nest" due to some damages Tranquilla suffered from heavy rain, the team, which jointly manages both hotels, ensured we had an amazing time. We were welcomed with so much hospitality and warmth, and were offered the largest suite in Robin's Nest, to make up for the last minute change, although we actually paid much less than its rate and were generally happy with a smaller room. We were also given a local map of attractions and sights in Agva, perfect for our cozy, nature-immersive getaway as a couple. Both Tranquilla and Robins Nest are picturesque wooden cottage style hotels, surrounded with beautiful landscapes and nature. Being there was a very relaxing, soothing, and romantic experience. The breakfast by the riverside was something else, with generous helpings of Turkish staples including cheeses, jams, eggs, fresh bread, unlimited tea, and more. Furthermore, and since it was my husband's birthday, the staff treated us with a delicious birthday cake complete with candles and fresh Turkish coffee by the fireplace. The generosity and friendliness we experienced with Bahar and her team are rare, even at top rated 5-star hotels. They went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable time and felt at home. I would highly recommend both Tranquilla River Lodge and Robins Nest to Agva and Sile travelers seeking a great all-star experience.

Tranquilla is an amzing little heaven in Agva. beautiful and well maintained rustic log cabins by the river. delicious food and friendly staff. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. I specially enjoyed the morning call of that resident bird on the trees around.

Brilliant staff and the perfect tranquil getaway
We had such an amazing 3 night stay here with fantastic food and really helpful staff. It is not a huge english tourist area which means hardly anyone speaks english but this didn't matter one bit in the lodge. We kept meaning to go out and have dinner in the town but the food was so fantastic and the wine great that we ended up staying in the lodge each night. We did expect a massive bill at the end of our stay with all the drinks, food and extras but it was so surprisingly affordable. Will definitely be going back.

ARTILARI: Otel çok güzel bir konumda; peyzaj,iç ve dış ortam güzel,gerçekten fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve iyiniyetle çalışıyorlar. Odalar kullanışlı. Yemekler için birşey diyemiyorum yemek yemedik çünkü, ama kahvaltı içeriği gayet taze ve yeterli idi. EKSİLERİ: 1)Otel biraz eskimiş.Mesela musluk,kapı kolu gibi demirbaşların yenilenmesi gerekiyor. 2)Tek tük de olsa sivrisinek sıkıntısı var,odamızdaki gece doğru düzgün uyutmadı bizi.Yanınıza sinek kovucu bir ilaç alırsanız çözülebilecek bir sıkıntı. 3)Her gün öyle mi bilmiyorum ama gece, çok yakın bir işletmeden şarkılı halaylı,eğlence sesleri geldi(saat 12'de bitirdiler neyseki). 4)Nehrin karşı yakasında inşaat var,inşaat bitene kadar vurma kesme doğrama sesleri gündüz vakti rahatsız edebilir; kahvaltıda bizim kafamızı biraz ütüledi açıkçası. Biz bir gece kaldığımız için bu sıkıntılara çok takılmadık, ancak daha uzun süre kalacakların bunları bilerek gelmesinde fayda var. Biz bir kere daha gelir miyiz? Evet!

Temizlik açısından sorun olarak belirtilecek bir detay yoktu. Odanın temizliği yapılmış yalnızca banyoda çöp kutusu dolu unutulmuştu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otel hakkında olumsuz olarak deneyimimiz akşam yemeğimiz oldu. Sıcak ve taze servis edilmesi gereken şeyler soğuk ve çok saat önce pişirildiği anlaşılan nitelikte servis edildi. Bu kadar kusur olur takılmadık ama tekrar bi Ağva seyahatimizde başka bir oteli deneyimlemek isteyeceğimize eminim.
