The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly kind, and helpful! They answered all of our questions, and were always so happy whenever we saw them! They helped advise us on our hamam booking! Their recommendations were great, and it was a lovely hotel to stay at!

Everything about this hotel is 5-Star. My only comment for any improvement would be for the hotel to invest in an electric golf cart with rain & wind protection to pick up customers from the street sidewalk (which is the only means to access the front lobby). First impressions are often the lasting ones and this hotel should control this narrative. I can't imaging how I would have felt if it were raining with cold wind and I had to walk 140 meters to get to the lobby in such weather. There is no excuse for this. If the hotel makes this change I would give it a 5-Star. If no changes to the initial customer experience I would unfortunately rate it a 3-Star.
To the owners: This should be a no-brainer!! :-)

Nice staff, good location but generally disappointing. NOT. a true 4-star (as rated by expedia). The first room was fine, but overlooked a construction site. Second room was their 'best' room but seemed it hadnt been freshened in a long time, room was 80 degrees when we entered, great view but very dirty windows obscured that, sink was partially clogged. Service on rooftop was not very good. Did not recognize the expedia benefits so this seem like'Vip' here was false advertising. Places is rated around 9-9.3. NO way. Have to be fame reviews and this concerns me regarding trusting both expedia start rating and reviews in the future. The room was not cheap. We should really ask expedia for partial credit simce this was not as advertised.

VIP status not recognized. Discount on food not offered. First room was regular room but view was a construction site, very bad. Should have been transparent, would not have stayed there. Second room was premium room, great view, they said best in the hotel. It was obvious it hadn't been serviced recently, or checked first, it was very hot (80+), very loud at night. Bathroom sink partially clogged. Nice staff.

This is what I liked: Staff are excellent, location is one of the best as you dont need to walk up and down hills to get anywhere, it fairly flat from the hotel to the T1 Tram. Room was very comfortable and clean, air smelt good, breakfast is brilliant and view from the roof top restaurant is very good. This is what i did not like: Taxi cant get to the hotel so if you have lots of luggage you got a problem. The rubber on the hair dryer in the room was stickey so it was full of dirt that could not be cleaned off. We complained but was not replaced. No Alchohol in the restaurant. These are minor issues and I would stay at the hotel in the future.

My recent stay at The Wings Hotel Karakoy was exceptional, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Istanbul. The hotel is impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, contributing to an immediate sense of comfort upon arrival.
The accommodation was a highlight. Our room was notably spacious and extremely comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and convenient stay. The only thing missing was the body lotion, which we thought was odd to be left out.
The hotel's location is strategically superb. It is within easy walking distance of major transportation links, including trains and trams, as well as multiple key places of interest, allowing for effortless exploration of the city.
The à la carte breakfast was superb; the food was consistently tasty, creatively prepared, and beautifully presented.
Finally, the level of service truly elevated our experience. The staff, particularly Meryem and Emir, were proactive, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Their excellent service made us feel consistently appreciated and cared for throughout our entire visit.

Utslitte madrasser som var ubehagelig å ligge på. Lite med håndklær på rommet. Håpløs ordning med knapp for å slå av og på grønt lys for roomservice eller ikke. Uklart hvilken innstilling som ga roomservice og noen ganger utebl det. Toalettpapir ble ikke fylt opp. Lav interesse for disse tingene i resepsjonen. Flott utsikt, bra ( og dyr) frokost. Fantastisk beliggenhet, men bor et annet sted neste gang.

Never thought we would travel to Türkiye, but our cruise was departing from Istanbul. We decided to arrive a few days early and check out the city. The hotel is right on the water and about 15 mins from the ports for the cruise ships. The property is nice and clean. But beware that there is no road to the property, so you have to walk with your bags on cobblestone streets to get to the hotel. The staff is amazing!! Shout out to Mert, who was gracious, informative and helpful!! When we were leaving for a cruise, a staff member loaded up our bags and walked us all the way to the port for the cruise!! So impressive!! we will definitely come back to Türkiye and this will be the hotel of our choice!!

Perfect place: very central next to the hubs of the tramway, walking distance from the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sofia, the bazar and the cisterns and everything important in Istanbul. Overall a good boutique hotel
Overall this is a good boutique hotel in an excellent location. Very near to the ferries and the tram line. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They always ask if everything is ok and will do little jobs like printing stuff off and arranging taxis etc. my only two criticisms of this hotel is that they do not make it clear in their description of the hotel that some of the rooms have the prayer tower literally outside the bedroom window and they are very loud at 6 am! My other criticism is that the bathroom tiles are treacherous when wet both inside and outside the shower and there is no handrail. If you were frail you could easily fall and break something.

This hotel is very conveniently located. The room was tastefully furnished and comfortable. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel and its lobby are compact, so there is not a large common area for hanging out. We tried the rooftop restaurant for dinner on our arrival but found the food to be less appealing than at the several other restaurants we visited in Istanbul.

Wonderful that they take such care of me from the time I’m at the airport to the shuttle to the hotel to the gentleman meeting my shuttle on the street and walking me and my suitcases to the lobby for check in, then up to my room to show me all of the features and get my luggage stashed. Adoramos o hotel! Equipe atenciosa e sempre querendo ajudar! A localização é perfeita! Dá pra fazer muito coisa a pé, é pertinho da estação do Tram e fica na beira do Bósforo, com uma vista linda! O restaurante no rooftop serve um café da manhã gostoso.
O hotel é novo, nosso quarto era espaçoso, confortável e com uma vista linda.
A única coisa que faltou atenção da limpeza foi que o vanity kit que estava no banheiro não havia sido trocado, então encontrei um cotonete usado, sujo, dentro da caixinha. Mas de resto, tudo perfeito!
É importante saber que não chegam carros até a porta do hotel, mas são 3 mnts de caminhada até a parte onde passam os carros. Não fez a menor falta. Recomendo muito a estadia e ficaria lá novamente!
