Bad overall experience
The room seemed fine however I think the walls were made of paper or whatever. We weren’t able to sleep due to the noise coming from the next room. And the people weren’t making noise at all. It was the walls making it sound more. It was a bad experience and hotel reception failed to find a solution. I wouldn’t recommend if you need some rest during your stay.

Welcoming was warm and caring. Staff was helpful. No carpet in room was different/ weird, saw other rooms had carpet but not ours. Could use some updates/ fixing of different areas. Spa was nice and relaxing. Indoor pool was clean and very large. Food was plentiful and offered a chance to try new food to us. Views were beautiful. Within walking distance of grocery stores and some yummy restaurants (Balkon Burger has some amazing desserts). Also within walking distance to the beach.

rooms ok. The spa could have been more informative. No communication from the staff on what to do or change. The massage was deep but as I say the information when you pass reception is Blank. The food was ok The staff were friendly

The service is terrible no body could understand you, they don’t speak english they don’t speak any other language they make you feel that their stupid just to make do things to pay more than you need.

Ressort hotel med godt personale.
The Sign er et lettere nedslidt hotel som er bemandet med dygtige medarbejdere. Prisen taget i betragtning (1000 kr. pr. nat) blev vores indkvartering først svarende efter en opgradering til en suite. Jeg er ikke en fejlfinder, men manglerne og det nedslidte interiør var klare og presente alle steder. Priserne for mad og roomservice er det højeste jeg endnu har oplevet i Tyrkiet. Heldigvis er Şıle fuld af resultanter med gide priser og høj service, så jeg anbefaler at men går en tur og oplever dette. Med alt det sagt, havde vi 6 nætter med fred og servicemindede medarbejdere.

Otelde kral dairesi dene yeri tuttuk fakat öyle saçma bir konumlandırılma ki böyle havuz manzaralı tarafa cam duvara bakan yere balkon koymuşlar keyif yapılmıyor, 2. Si hizmet kötü her şey artıdan ücretli yani o fiyatın içine sadece kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği konması çok saçma çoğu otelde bu böyle değil ikramlar oluyor burda yoktu, bomboş bir odayı kalın diye veriyorlar sadece kral dairesi dedikleri yeri tutmak yerine standart oda da tutulabilir arasındaki fark yok denecek kadar az

Otelin yeri ve çevresi oldukça iyi. Odaları temiz ve konforlu. Ancak akşam yemeği kişi başı nasıl 110 TL olup da bu kadar kötü olabilir bunu anlayamadım.
