Terra Suites left me in Tears
Before booking, I did my research carefully. I chose Terra Suites because the photos and reviews online made it seem clean, trustworthy, and comfortable. Unfortunately, what I walked into was the complete opposite.
My experience at Terra Suites left me shocked, upset, and deeply disappointed.
From the moment I opened the door, I felt something was terribly wrong. A strong, smell hit me immediately, and as I walked inside, it only got worse. The apartment was dirty , neglected, and nothing like the clean, welcoming space shown online. The toilet was leaking, adding to the sense of chaos and discomfort.
But the moment that truly broke me was when, as I was pleading with Expedia customer service for help, I saw a mouse running underneath the bed. I cannot describe the disbelief I felt. No traveler should ever have to deal with something like this. At that point, I knew this wasn’t just unpleasant—it was a serious health risk.
It was very late but I managed to book another place to stay for the night .
What made everything even harder was that the manager of Terra Suites refused to give me a refund, despite the conditions being completely unacceptable and nothing like what was promised. The lack of care, responsibility, and basic professionalism was truly heartbreaking.
This property should never be available on any booking site until they fix everything. No one deserves to walk into a place that feels unsafe, unclean, and entirely misrepresented.
