Comfortable room including small kitchen, bed very good for sleeping, wide windows made the room very sunny. Staff was kind and it's also possible to have a private taxi transfer to main airport for 45€.

Terra Suites left me in Tears Before booking, I did my research carefully. I chose Terra Suites because the photos and reviews online made it seem clean, trustworthy, and comfortable. Unfortunately, what I walked into was the complete opposite. My experience at Terra Suites left me shocked, upset, and deeply disappointed. From the moment I opened the door, I felt something was terribly wrong. A strong, smell hit me immediately, and as I walked inside, it only got worse. The apartment was dirty , neglected, and nothing like the clean, welcoming space shown online. The toilet was leaking, adding to the sense of chaos and discomfort. But the moment that truly broke me was when, as I was pleading with Expedia customer service for help, I saw a mouse running underneath the bed. I cannot describe the disbelief I felt. No traveler should ever have to deal with something like this. At that point, I knew this wasn’t just unpleasant—it was a serious health risk. It was very late but I managed to book another place to stay for the night . What made everything even harder was that the manager of Terra Suites refused to give me a refund, despite the conditions being completely unacceptable and nothing like what was promised. The lack of care, responsibility, and basic professionalism was truly heartbreaking. This property should never be available on any booking site until they fix everything. No one deserves to walk into a place that feels unsafe, unclean, and entirely misrepresented.

From a Regular Customer of Terra Suites

Once again, I enjoyed my quiet stay at "Terra Suites", and it's been my 3rd time there already. Whenever I travel to Istanbul, I make a reservation w/ them only. It pays off every time, since it makes me feel very comfy there and I'm already familiar w/ the neighborhood, which saves time in the long run. The quality : cost ratio is very good, too. The hotel is located within a 10-15-minute walking distance from the Taksim Square, from where you can easily get to any part of Istanbul or its surroundings by public transportation (buses, trams, subway, funicular, ferries from the Kabatas pier, Havabus or Havaist airport shuttles) or taxies. The personnel at the reception desk, Semet and Ismeil, are both exceptionally helpful and go out of their way to attend to your every need (like when I needed fresh towels, or room service, or replacement of a wall clock in my room, extra dish soap for kitchenette, or ran out of shampoos or hand soap or toilet tissue). Semet was there for my 1 a.m. check-in and patiently explained every detail to me (how to set the PIN on the safe deposit box, AC and elevator usage, etc.) Both Ismeil and Semet can help you w/ directions (as I couldn't find an entrance to the nearby mosque, womens' section, a video call was arranged for me to speak with a local guy who explained it to me). They could help you w/ calling a taxi, too. My room was exactly like pictured in the photo, and everything worked properly. The room service was excellent.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, in der Nähe des Taksim-Platzes. Allerdings liegt das Hotel etwas tiefer, sodass man beim Hinweg etwa 5–10 Minuten einen Anstieg bewältigen muss. Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig – zum Beispiel waren die Fliesen und die Decke im Bad verschimmelt, und die Badezimmerschränke waren innen nicht sauber. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Personal: Alle sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt den Erwartungen, da der Preis recht günstig war. Trotzdem wäre es wünschenswert, dass die Sauberkeit unabhängig vom Preis immer gewährleistet ist.

Berbat bir otel

Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel. Yorumlara ve puanlara aldanılmamalı kesinlikle. Ailecek geldik, bir çocuğumuz var, bir büyük yatak bir tane de tekli yatak vardı odada. Odaya girdiğimiz anda leş gibi bir odayla karşılaştık, kötü kokuyordu. Çarşaflar ve yastık kılıfları temiz değildi. Biraz erken geldiğimiz için temizlik tamamlanmadı diye düşündüm, eşyaları bırakıp çıktık, temizlenmesini söyledik. Çıktıktan yarım saat sonra telefonu unuttuğumuz için döndüm ve sözde temizledik dedikleri odanın tekli yatağında çarşaf ve yastık vs yoktu. Bizim çocuğumuz da var, tekli yatağı da hazırlamalısınız ayrıca havlu da yok odada, havlu bırakmalısınız dedim çıktım. Akşam döndüğümüzde pek değişen bir şey yoktu, hala oda kirliydi ve kötü kokuyordu. Tekli yatak dahil çarşaf ve yastıklar temiz durmuyordu. Havlular da yetersizdi, baş havlusu yoktu. 5 günlük İstanbul gezisi için ne olur ne olmaz diye hotelscom üzerinden 2 gün tutmuştum ama burada mecburiyetten zar zor bir geceyi geçirip sabah hemen çıktım ve başka bir otel bulup oraya geçtim. Konum olarak ve ulaşım olarak da berbat bir yerde, yokuş inip yokuş çıkmak zorundasınız. Uzak durmanızı ve asla tercih etmemenizi öneririm.

assez proche du taksim square si ce n est pour la pente raide tres difficile à monter a deconsseiller pour les personnes agées. le logement etait spacieux et propre avec un service de menage quotidien. il disposait aussi d un ascenceur. tres pratique on avait toutefois reserver une chambre avec un balcon et on se retrouve avec une chambre simple

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die angegeben kochmöglichkeit sowie der Save im Zimmer waren leider nicht vorhanden. Die Nachbarschaft ist Sehr liebenswert und gastfreundlich. Das Apartment liegt am Fuß einer längeren Steilen Straße. Es hat wohl vor kurzem einen Eigentümer Wechsel gegeben deswegen heißt es jetzt Carmen Suite was etwas iritierend war.

Otel Taksim meydanına yürüme mesafesi ile 10 dk uzaklıkta.Ancak konum olarak meydana gidiş ,yokuş olduğu için çocuklu olarak veya çanta vs ile zorluk çekilebiliyor.Eski bir mahalle içinde bulunan bir otel ancak mahalle sakinlerinden rahatsız edici bir tepki görülmüyor.Oda kahvaltı , kahvaltı tabağı şeklinde ve amaç sadece kahvaltı yapmak ise yeterli denilebilir.Odalar modern ve ferah.Bu yönünü beğendik.En büyük eksiği 5 gün süren Konaklamada sadece 1 kez genel temizlik yapılmış olması.Bu eksikliğin giderilmesi ŞART.Odada b.dolabı,M.dalga fırın,çaycı,tekli elektrikli ocak,sallama çay,nescafe,su mevcut.Fiyat -hizmet dengesinde makul bir otel.Otel görevlisi Zafer bey'in özel ilgi ve alakası takdire şayan.Her türlü ihtiyacımız için elinden gelen çabayı gösterdi.Çok teşekkür ederiz Zafer beye.Bu arada İstanbul kartınız bizde kalmış Zafer bey.İnşallah birdahaki sefere teslim ederiz :)
