The location oa great, and is good that it counts with an elevator although it is small (taking into account the hotel is in Sultanahmet and many other hotels in this location do not have elevator.

Very comfort home-like hotel. Mr. Irfan and his partner are great and generous hosts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Both owners and one staff (Nayef) speak good English and facilitate everything for you. Give you good advices and tips on regards of sightseeing and transportation. Rooms are either big with small bathroom or small with big bathroom (i tried and liked both) breakfast is kindda limited and almost the same every day but who mind good quality Turkish breakfast everyday? (i dont) .. tea is always ready to be served. Location is excellent. All attractions and bazzars are walking distance. Laundry, restaurants and groceries are very close by I came back to the hotel before leaving turkey

The hotel, to be clear, is wonderfully located if you want to visit the attractions of Sultanahmet or walk over to the Spice Bazaar. The tram line is a few blocks away, so that adds to the convenience. Now, to the hotel. First, few off members speak any English. One expects that in international travel. Secondly, the WIFIE in my room was next to non-existent. That was very disappointing. My sink had a small hole in it with cracks fanning out. The carpet was dingy at best. There are a dozen nicks, cuts, scraps and bald places on the walls. Below knee lever a paint job, some mudding and corner work was in order. Coffee on offer was Nescafe. Yuck. The milk was powered. Yuck, again. The windows leading to the street were leaky of both cold and the various and loud street noises. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very, very cramped. As for the TV, well, two remotes made for confusion, while all of th very many channels are Turkish, meaning no English channel, no French channels, nothing but Turkish. So, bottom line, it is not an international hotel, dingy, badly maintained with a staff that was exceptionally nice, but couldn't understand any of the more popular languages I knew.

Perfect Location
I loved my stay at Taya Hatun and would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for exceptional value. The room was a good size with an excellent bathroom and big windows to let in plenty of natural light. The location was perfect being away from the noisier areas but very close to a tram stop and Topkapi Palace and within easy walking distance to the top sights in the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made the stay even more special. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, quite, clean and simple hotel
Good quiet location that is also central, sitting between the Galata Bridge and the Topkapi palace. The rooms are simple and reasonably priced. If your main goal is to experience Istanbul and mainly want a clean quiet hotel for sleeping with no problems, I can recommend this hotel.

Очень удачное расположение отеля
На самом деле мне не удалось пожить в этом отеле по причине того, что, когда я приехала, в Стамбуле был очень сильный дождь, и в моем номере случились какие-то проблемы с электропроводкой. Но мне тут же предложили остановиться в аналогичном номере соседнего отеля Emek, где я и прожила две ночи. Могу только сказать, что расположение обоих отелей очень удачное. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рядом вокзал Сиркеджи, набережная Эминеню, станция метро и остановки трамвая. Из минусов могу только отметить стройку перед отелем Taya Hatun, но ночью шума никакого не было. Да и закрытые окна помогали сохранить тишину в номере.

В отель попали случайно (забронированный отель - отказал, и благодаря службе перемещения hotels.com (огромное спасибо сотруднице службы Алле) мы попали в этот отель. До всех значимых достопримечательностей 5 - 10 минут прогулочным шагом, до метро, трамвая, мармарая - и того меньше! Персонал отеля отзывчивый и любезный, готов всегда помочь!

Zeer ontevreden!
De kamers waren zeer klein, onconfortabel, de bedden stonken, zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Kortom, zeer ontevreden! Ik heb een andere hotel moeten boeken. Ik zag de beoordelingen en dacht dat het goed zou zijn, niet dus! Nooit meer naar dit hotel.

I came on holiday with my mom, i was a little bit anxious about if the hotel will be noisy.. but the hotel was SO QUIET and very very WELL LOCATED. The personnel were very kind, helpful and so professional. The breakfast was full and so good!! The hotel and the room were very clean!! We stayed at this hotel one week but we will come back definitely:-) Thank you so much Sherif, Ibrahim AND (the beautiful girl who work at the breakfast service, sorry i forgot her name). Das Personal ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr bemüht. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr abgewohnt. Dass Lichtschalter und Steckdosen nicht ordentlich befestigt oder eingeschränkt funktionieren ist üblich und war zu erwarten und auch die Balkontüre fällt einem beim Öffnen entgegen. Alles Mängel die in kurzer Zeit beheben werden könnten. Auch das Frühstück ist noch sehr "ausbaubar". Nachdem unser Hauptaugenmerk jedoch auf dem Stadtbesuch lag war der Urlaub insgesamt sehr schön.

スタッフの方が素敵でした
チェックインが14時からでしたが、朝到着して荷物を預けようと言ったらすぐにお部屋に入れてくれました。チャイや地図の説明などとても丁寧で親切でした。ロケーションも中心地に近くとても便利です。お部屋もきれいでしたが少し狭かったです。

Zentrale Lage, sauber, nettes Personal
Wir haben im September 2015 10 Nächte im Taya Hatun Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Sirkeci. In wenigen Gehminuten kommt man zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Sirkeci, zu der Marmaray-Station aber auch zu den Fähren ab Eminönü. Wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten(Blaue Moschee, Topkapi-Palast..) erreicht man auch zu Fuß in ca. 15 min. und der Anschluss zum Atatürk-Flughafen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut( 1 mal Umsteigen). Das 3er-Zimmer war von der Größe her völlig Ok und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Es hat alles gut funktioniert (Dusche, TV, Klima, Föhn) bis auf die Internetverbindung. Teilweise gab es überhaupt keinen Empfang. Das Frühstück war ausreichend aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das nette Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und es wurde viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt.

Centrale ma al di sotto delle aspettative
L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Ataturk con metro + tram in circa 40 minuti ad un costo di circa 4.30 lire turche circa 1.5 Euro quindi veramente a buon mercato. A prima vista l'hotel ha visto tempi migliori ed effettivamente anche quando si entra in camera è così. Moquette macchiata pesantemente per tutto l'albergo. arredamento da pochi soldi un po' decadente. Bagno, anche se abbastanza pulito, molto usurato (es: scopettino wc con setole ridotte all'osso) per non parlare del tanto decantato frigo bar fornito di ogni ben di Dio e con alcuni snacks e bevande gratis + acqua in bottiglia gratis: assolutamente inesistenti, frigo vuoto e niente gratis. Abbiamo chiesto e a stento ci hanno detto che non davano nulla gratis e che il frigo se volevamo lo potevamo riempire noi. A stento perché a malapena uno dei tanti che lavorano in hotel parla un po' di Inglese. La colazione è abbastanza passabile anche se poco fantasiosa: dopo 6 giorni le olive, i pomodori e i cetrioli ci uscivano dalle orecchie. Abbiamo cambiato anche camera quindi ne abbiamo viste 2 su 10 che ci sono + 2 viste di passaggio perché aperte e tutto sommato sono tutte dozzinali e molto usurate. Forse anni fa poteva essere una pensione carina ma di certo neppure paragonabile ad un nostro 2 stelle anche se in camera ci sono aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, cassaforte, prodotti in bagno. Ottimo per chi ha pochissime pretese. Io ci tornerei.

这个价格，这样配置还不错啦，就是可能伊斯坦布尔当地是否都不喜欢提供被子，被子都是个单子！只是周围的路错综复杂，很容易迷路！
