Great for 2nights stay

Overall we are happy and satisfied with 2nights stay at this hotel. Owner was very helpful to guide us where to visit during our check in. I will recommended this hotel to those who are looking for good and budget hotel.

Very friendly and helpful hotel owner . We stayed for 7 days and hotel owner worked as a free guide for us . He is always accessible. Hotel is located at the centre of Istanbul, restaurants, beach , blue mosques everything is within 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended if anyone wants to stay in central Istanbul with reasonable price .

This boutique is located near the Sultahnamet area. Very close and walkable to historic sites and public transportation. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping mearby. Mr. Adem was hospitable and kind. There was a misunderstanding/issue about the transfer servixe in the beginning which made us a little uncomfortable but Mr Adem dealt with it. It just needs more storage space , hooks for towels, clothing etc, and to lock the water heater because someone turned it off on our first night. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

La zona es muy turística y céntrica. No disponen de cocina ni nada que puedas comer alli, sin embargo en la calle hay muchísimos sitios pero de precio elevado. El hotel es normal sin ascensor. Las habiataciones son algo pequeñas y el baño es completo y cómodo. El personal es muy amable

Adam le propriétaire parle anglais et français. Il nous a permis de faire un des plus beaux sejours a sultanamet. Grace a lui on s'est promener partout jusqu'à bodrum. . Merci Adam.

Hotel piccolissimo nel centro, quindi si possono raggiungere molto facilmente a piedi tanti obiettivi come moschee , gran bazar, ecc.. La stanza non abbastanza pulita con dettagli molto trascurati. Sotto il parquet in mezzo alla stanza c'era il vuoto. Ogni volta che ci camminavamo sembrava che stesse per crollare . Nel bagno, lo scarico del water andava male. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. Gli asciugamani sono stato cambiati ogni giorno tranne l'ultimo giorno in cui neanche il cestino di limondizia è stato svuotato. Il titolare e stato molto gentile e disponibile sempre e parla abbastanza bene l'inglese. La stanza non è stata mai spazzata o pulita durante l'intero soggiorno. Per chi è di passagio per una notte può andare bene, visto il prezzo basso, ma non di più. Abbiamo aprezzato la mancanza dei rumori.

L’emplacement est parfait et accessible à la site historique 7 min à pied Le gérant était très gentil Par contre la propreté de la chambre était catastrophique : salle de bain sale et sous les lits il y avait tellement de saletés (poussière, papiers, vieilles bouteilles… J’ai tout laissé en dessous car on y est resté que 2 nuits
