I had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel Istanbul. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and visit many of the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and I would happily stay at Eliza Hotel again when visiting Istanbul. Highly recommended!

I love it mehmet is very professional and he speaks multiple languages the lady that makes the breakfast is amazing the food is good, the day we were leaving she offered us to make us sandwiches to the airport best hospitality and very quiet outside no noise

The staff here were great and very helpful. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. I have stayed a lot of places in Istanbul and this is by far the best.

Hotel was well maintained, staff was very nice and helpful, and the area was quiet. Bed was on the firm side. We did end up buying a blanket and pillows due to the very small blankets available and plastic pillows. Location made it easy to get to all the sites.

Thank you for a great stay. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a great hotel to stay in! It is near the most tourist attractions and the train station is so close which is such a bonus. The rooms are clean and the rooms are very cozy after a long, hot day out. The staff especially were the best part about this hotel! They were so kind and helpful. They made it very easy to navigate being in a new city.

The hotel was extremely clean and everyone was super friendly. The staff made us feel like we were family, not simply customers. The warm, friendly atmosphere made us feel at home. The owners went above and beyond by showing us around the area and making sure we knew every spot. Amazing hotel — I would highly recommend it!

Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und sauber. Vor allem die Lage war super direkt am Grand Bazar und an der Straßenbahn. Das Frühstück war gut und genug Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

La chambre est propre. le déjeuner est bon et varié en plus L'hôtel est proche du tout tu peux aller à pied les personnages sont très accueillants j'ai passé 19 jours avec ma famille et j'étais très satisfaite je le recommande fortement.

All seven of us had a great stay at this hotel, and if staying in the old city would return for sure. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Everything was clean and they’ve just renovated it. And has everything you need and the location is superb. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough.

It is a very nice cozy hotel right in the downtown of Istanbul, located in Sultanahmet. The location is excellent. Everything is close by. The staff is very helpful. I really liked breakfast and free high quality coffee available 24 hours. If you are looking for a good restaurant nearby, we really liked The Glass. It is traditional Turkish with simple easy to understand menu with reasonable prices abd friendly staff.

Every time we visit Istanbul we stay at this lovely hotel. It’s in the heart of the old city close to popular landmarks like Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Sulemaniye. You can walk to them all. The hotel buffet breakfast is a must, lots of variety. Husayn and the hotel crew are super friendly. If you need to get local tour such as Bosphorus tour they can arrange it, same with airport taxi. Affordable and punctual. Also, there are plenty of excellent food options in this area for lunch and dinner.

We had a wonderful stay during our recent trip to Istanbul! The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond when we missed breakfast, they kindly put together some sandwiches for us so we wouldn't go hungry. Our entire stay was completely hasslefree. The food street was less then a minute walk from the hotel. The tram line to SultanAhmet was about 5 min walk. We would definitely stay again at Eliza. Thank you

I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our quick tour of Istanbul! The Eliza Hotel is situated within a five minute walk of the Grand Bazaar and the Mosque, and a two minute walk from restaurant street making a perfect location to begin your adventures. Huseyin, Murat, and the entire hotel staff made us feel like family, talking, laughing and meeting our every request and offering their advice and their experience so that our trip would be successful. The breakfast was excellent had a great selection; everything that you needed for a family, including chicken nuggets and french fries for the little ones should they not want traditional breakfast foods. The rooms were very clean and newly redecorated and in excellent condition, the showers have plenty of water pressure. Overall we had an outstanding stay and cannot recommend the Eliza hotel enough definitely one of our best hotel stays ever.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Istanbul! The location is perfect, with many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and public transport just a short walk away. It made exploring Istanbul incredibly easy. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Everything was well maintained, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Breakfast was really good. There was a selection of fresh, delicious food, including a variety of traditional Turkish dishes, fresh bread, cheeses, olives, fruit, and pastries. Everything was of excellent quality and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, a wonderful breakfast, and an unbeatable location. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!
