"Stayed in a Triple with a Balcony. The room was beautiful, the bathroom had a lovely shower and a small hamam basin, which was a nice touch. Upon arrival at 3:00pm, our room was not yet ready and we thus had to wait in reception for around 15 minutes before being able to check in - this was not a huge inconvenience, but less than ideal after coming off a long flight. "Just amazing. Beds are so comfy, breakfast is out of this world, staff are super good and I found this place super clean. Highly recommend"

"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."
