"My experience here was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful, spoke very good English and one spoke russian too, possibly other languages. Türkiye is known for its excellent hospitality services and Elysian was a great example of that. The restaurant has good food which is helpful for travelers on a tight schedule. I’d highly recommend this place and it’s very affordable."

"I was not satisfied with this hotel stay. One of the main reasons I booked it was because it advertised a free airport shuttle, but when I arrived I found that this information was not accurate and no free shuttle service was available.
The bed sheets were also not clean when I checked in. After I reported the issue at night, the staff came and changed them, which I appreciated.
The breakfast was acceptable, but the hotel location was not good and the surrounding area did not feel convenient...

"6泊しました。ホテルは清潔で綺麗で大満足でした。特に17:00～19:00のハッピータイムでは、質の高い美味しい料理とお酒が食べ放題、飲み放題で最高でした。ただ一点だけ、地域柄なのかもしれませんが、周囲からの大音量ミュージック（バー？コンサート？？）が23時過ぎまで続くのにはいささか閉口しました。初めは金曜だから？週末だから？と翌日以後に期待していたのですが、結局連夜でした・・。でもまた泊まりたいホテルです。"

"I am not sure but it seems that the hotel may be under new management.My mom had stayed at this property at list 6 times in the last 3 years but most recent visit was very different than the previous stays : room wasn’t very clean ,the reception wasn’t providing clear communication on the transfer’s cost and form of payment for it . The only thing that still seems to be good about the place is the food . To my best knowledge the kitchen staff hasn’t changed . Alas -won’t stay there again."
