"Nice staff and good communication leading up to my stay, including setting up airport transportation. The main reason for taking one star off was the cost of the food in the restaurant for the portion sizes. It was tasty food, but seemed over-priced to me."

"I stayed here twice - in September 2025 and again in May 2026 - and both stays were excellent. The staff are warm and professional, and the location is good for sightseeing by taxi, though less ideal for walking since the hotel sits on a hill. Nişantaşı is about 15 minutes away on foot, Dolmabahçe Palace around 10 minutes downhill, and Taksim Square roughly 15 minutes away.
