"Could have been better ; but ok"

"We arrived a bit early to find our room was not quite ready. The staff gave us a nice coffee and asked us to wait 20 minutes in the lovely courtyard. The rose garden is beautiful with roses bigger than your extended hands! Someone has a green thumb! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As with almost every hotel, they need more hooks for wet towels and clothes and more outlets for charging. We were in a fabulous room that overlooked the beautiful black sea. "Just amazing. Beds are so comfy, breakfast is out of this world, staff are super good and I found this place super clean. Highly recommend"

"The restaurant and cafe staff seemed unhappy and the level of service was poor. Only liked the room and bathroom is decent, however had no bath tub or dressing table to get ready. Spa facilities are great. Overall wouldn’t stay again, wasn’t welcomed or made feel special for our wedding anniversary. Has a good Indian restaurant called Madhu’s but the staff doesn’t understand basic English. Poor service too."
