"Great hotel"

"The property is in a wonderful location with magnificent Bosphorus views. I like the hotel very much and return many times. However there are items to improve: The stair carpet from lobby to the main dining room is threadbare and looks terrible. Why dont they replace it. The electrics in my room were faulty causing the lights to flash on and off at random. I also hate the music around the pool which is pumped out at high volume. Then in the evening the music from 16th floor roof bar thumps out...

"The place was simple yet very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. The only drawback for some is the lack of elevator. It could be challenging for older or disabled guests. Other than that, the place is well worth it. I highly recommend it, and I would stay there again."

"I booked this hotel based on the review, which is not completely true. Location is 12-15 minutes away from the airport, but there is nothing going on around the hotel. More like a rundown part of the town. Room is extremely small and old. Many of the fixes in the room ( like paint or seals) were exposed and the street is very noisy. No need to stay there."
