"We arrived a bit early to find our room was not quite ready. The staff gave us a nice coffee and asked us to wait 20 minutes in the lovely courtyard. The rose garden is beautiful with roses bigger than your extended hands! Someone has a green thumb! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. As with almost every hotel, they need more hooks for wet towels and clothes and more outlets for charging. We were in a fabulous room that overlooked the beautiful black sea. "Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking. My only suggestions would be more umbrellas by the outdoor pool and slightly warmer pool water, as it was quite cold in late May."
