The staff truly stood out — everyone we encountered was extremely polite, helpful, and courteous. From the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast team, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
The location is excellent, putting us close to many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring Istanbul very convenient.
