"A really good hotel that had great facilities. Two restaurants with excellent choices. Two indoor pools - one just for hotel guests (the other for guests in the lodges). Several comfy rooms for chilling. Lovely grounds for walks and close enough to walk to Brodick. Everywhere is decorated to a very high standard. The staff are a mix of local and world wide - all very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The whole hotel is dog friendly. Highly recommend "

"We arrived two hours after check-in time hoping we would get straight into our room. A man behind the desk gave us a room key and just as we started to head out of the foyer to try and find the room, the manager came along and grabbed the key out of my hand and said we wouldn't be in that room and told us to wait in the restaurant. We waited for 15 minutes there and we were then showed up to our room by the same manager - obviously they were running behind and rushing things as there was still...
