"Great stay for a couple of nights, perfect location waking up next to cows each day! Walkable into Haddington. Kitchen head everything to cook breakfast and evening meal, including small oven and hobs"

"The house had everything you could possibly need. It was a lovely, quiet location which was perfect. Gemma was warm, kind and welcoming and was on hand if we needed her. The house was cosy and we had a really relaxing stay. We are keen to book again as we had such a wonderful break. Thank you Gemma."

"We stayed in lodge 1, it is in serious need of some tlc and updating. The carpets, sofas should have been upgraded years ago, alongside the kitchen. Just a tired looking lodge now which is disappointing given the fantastic location. The pool is fab, and the Italian restaurant was lovely!"

"Beautiful historic home with an incredible view of Loch Ness. The restaurant has a Michelin star. Delicious dinner and breakfasts."

"Fab resort, excellent quality accommodation, everything well maintained. Surf lessons well organised and good value for money! On site surf shop well stocked. Restaurant great, dealt well with my mums dietary requirements. Only issue we had was reception not being contactable until 10am, we couldn’t book the buggy to take our things to the car. "Absolutely loved our stay at SeaBeds! The lodges are stunning—super modern, comfy, and the views over the loch are just unreal. The private hot tub was a real treat. Everything was spotless, the bed was ridiculously comfy, and the breakfast hamper was a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Honestly, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Can’t recommend it enough! We couldn't have picked better accommodation for our Wedding Elopement!"

"Wayne is super helpful! lovely stop for a nice, clean lodge."

"The lodge was ok, but just not worth the price paid. Quite small and close to the road (which could be noisy). The room was dusty and tea cups not clean. The TV mostly didn't work (I believe it's a low signal area, so bring a book). Staff were helpful and friendly, "

"Was amazing, lodge was so lovely and fully kitted out with everything you could need x"

"Excellent Accomodation with absolutely stunning views of Loch Ness, would definitely recommend"
