"Staffs are very kind. Nice and clean facilities are very good for families with small kids.
This resort has most beautiful beach in Cancun area. No rocks in the sea, it is very important for small kids who is playing in the ocean.
However, sound proof of the room is seriously weak. I could hear normal conversations of next room. Also, this resort has many private events with noisy music over 10:30pm.
This resort has many pools, but they are bit small.
If you want to enjoy swimming in the pool, it will be a disappointing.
Even I am a gold member, no room upgrades was little disappointing to me, but I already reserved top notch room, it was understandable.
Overall, very good resort for family."
