"We booked this hotel to stay after our flight was delayed for 4 days. Turned out, it was the best resort we have been in Mexico. It is very upscale and new, with large suites, excellent food and very clean. The grounds are beautiful, and the ocean is clean and swimmable. Highly recommend to families with kids. "

"Visited with my wife and two you kinds (9 & 4). The rooms were beautiful. The property was amazing. Everything about this place was great. Staff members were super helpful, happy, and friendly. Highly recommend the place. Long story but, I originally only planned on staying here for the last night of our vacation (Sunday night, leave Monday) but, due to weather issues back at home. I couldn’t get a flight home until Thursday. Luckily this place has availability to extend my stay. Very helpful in a tough situation. We did one of the garden rooms the first night without all inclusive (again was supposed to be just one night). We loved the first floor level especially for the four year old. He could just walk out and enjoy the lawn between the pool. Very easy location for the kids without having to deal with an elevator. Remaining nights we had a one bedroom with a king and pull out couch. It was huge. Beautiful spot. We ended up doing the all inclusive for remaining stay and that was a good call. The property is kind of isolated and far from the main part of Cancun so, you are kind of forced to eat on site. However, there are so many food options that are really good. "
