"Small kitchenette, very useful "

"It was beautiful,everything about the place was excellent the only downside the pool was out of use,it is near to the main town & lots of small bars,will definately stay here if i come to Ghent again"

"Staff very helpful, parking available and we were able to park a large mini bus at the rear of the property, we were late arriving at 19:45 and we were able to eat in the hotel as we wanted something to eat close to the hotel. Room had air con. World Cup match was available to watch too - bonus"

"Everything was excellent"

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"Personnel à la réception tres serviable. L’arrivée s’est bien passée. Localisation pres de la station de train très pratique. La douche était salle et la porte coulissante qui donne accés a la salle de bain laisse un espace lorsque fermée, qui ne donne pas l’intimité désirée."

"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."

"Was there during the heatwave but it was really hot in the room. The ac didn't cool. Sleeping was hard. Aside from that, hotel was great."

"Parking shared with the other hotels, but not an issue. Extra cost for parking (daily). Gym was clean and kit well maintained. Lots of variety at breakfast, a very good spread and fresh hot options always available. A short taxi ride into Ghent (15-20 mins). Would stay again."

"The air conditioning was malfunctioning the whole weekend. Our room was 28.5 degrees. The entire hotel was hot, including the restaurant, spa, and pool area. The bathroom was moldy and smelled rancid. The hotel should have provided vouchers for us to switch to a nearby hotel instead. It was not a nice weekend at all."

"The Post and Porter's House is in a great location and is within walking distance of two tram stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had a question.
