The description of the location for this hotel needs to be more specific. Unfortunately we didn’t do our geography homework thoroughly enough😤. This hotel is primarily for business users NOT tourists. It is on a business park on the outskirts of the city with NO public transport less than a 20 minute walk away. Taxi fares added expenses. No restaurant facility for evening meals.

Our latest stay at the Holiday Inn Ghent was wonderful from start to finish. The moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and welcoming which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel also offers easy parking which was very convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very cosy, giving us a great night’s sleep. We also loved the free coffee machine in the room — such a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to enjoy in the morning. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend Holiday Inn Ghent to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay again!

Your staff were a credit to you, simply brilliant and faultless, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent too, breakfast also excellent, thank you. My only criticism would be the additional cost for parking, which we felt was excessive.
