Hotel is a bit far from city center but it's clean, big and very new. Breakfast was good and had dinner as well. Rooms are spacious equipped with kitchens for longer travelers.

The front desk person who checked me in over charged me! She asked for payment even tho I booked and paid on Expedia while I was at the front desk registration - and then didn’t fully refund. The room was great and the breakfast was nice but I wouldn’t go there again or recommend to my friends :(

Lovely hotel with excellent service and great loca

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. The location was ideal – peaceful yet conveniently close to everything we needed. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely service-minded throughout. A great choice for a longer stay in the area. We would happily return!

Everything was good. The member of staff on reception when we checked in was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and great condition. Enjoyed the breakfast options and using the gym. Easy enough to get into Ghent via taxi (didn’t try public transport).
