"Staff members at night way super rude, we had to wait outside for about 30 minutes in the middle of the night (2 am) for someone to open the door because it was stocked while the staff lady was yelling at us that we had broken the door. The place is way too loud not only from the outside noice but also the noice form the lobby, if your room is on the first floor then you don’t have curtains to cover the doors windows from the lobby to inside the room "

Rooms on the small size so not ideal for a larger person and elevator was very slow and there was only one there but they were the only two downsides to a wonderful stay.ps ( fabulous free buffet on the roof top every morning from 7 to 11. "Very clean hotel very well organized. The staff is wonderful and make you feel like family. The hotel is in a great location everything is walking distance. The rooms are very well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The cafe is a plus with access to it 24 hours. Breakfast is also very good. Muchisimas gracias a Didier, Victor y Manuel por todas sus atenciones. Nos sentimos en casa y entre familia! Regresamos pronto!"
