"The staff was amazingly attentive. We trunly enjoyed breakfast buffet on the rooftop. We also love the 24 hour central cafe. I didn’t have to stress about obtaining my morning coffee. They also had delicious food such as pizza, salads and sandwiches. The drinks such as cokes, juice, carbonated water and bottled water were always chilled to perfection. Truly an excellent stay. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Mexico City to experience this amazing hotel and it’s amenities. 10/10...

"The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful even before I arrived. When I got there, I was alone and they helped me with my very heavy suitcase. The gentleman had the apartment ready with music, lights on, and snacks. The place was very clean and the decor was flawless. "Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room.
