"It was an enjoyable stay in the Tobu Hotel during our June 2024 Tokyo vacation.. The room is well-maintained. The housekeeper cleans, tidy up the room and change towels everyday. The hotel is just a few minutes away from train station, bus station, department stores, mall, restaurants, bars convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, laundry shops and parks. There is also a Don Quijote store across. Everything we need is just within a walking distance. Also, the area is not as crowded as the other part of Tokyo. We love to stay there again for our next Tokyo trip!"

"Everything was excellent but I do have to mention the situation regarding garbage. We had A LOT of garbage in our room that accumulated and we assumed that housekeeping would dispose of it. We had 3 bags full. I separated the trash like they do and I even put it by the door. When we returned to our room I expected it to be gone but it wasn’t. I ended up having to find somewhere to throw it all out. There is no sign or notice regarding garbage disposal and I have to no idea why they wouldn’t take our trash out. I asked the concierge about it and he even assured me the trash would be taken out but it wasn’t. Very disappointed about that. "

"Very conveniently located next to a main train station, the Yamanote Line. There's a food court with something for everyone as well as a 7-11 right outside. If you're not wanting a food court setting, there are a bunch of restaurants located right outside."

"Great location with superior service and hospitality. Friendly and professional staff all around; lobby staff, cleaning crew, and dining staff (all restaurants we dined during our stay. Location, local train just outside the premise and will take you to some main transfer stations. Convenient store (Lawson) also just outside. And two big food and shopping building 5 minutes walking. We will def be coming back here next time we come back to Japan."

"We stayed in the Premier two bed room and it was amazing! For the price I paid it was far and away worth every cent. Having access the the phenomenal lounges alone made it worth it. The room itself was exquisite! Not a huge room but everything about it was top quality. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as easy as possible and the location is close to Shinjuku station which gets you everywhere. Highly recommend it and will probably book here exclusively on all my Tokyo travel from now on. "
