"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel overlooking the Bacalar Lagoon. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to the turquoise lagoon was truly unforgettable. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with great amenities that made our stay even more relaxing. Everything felt clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the beauty of Bacalar. Breakfast was also excellent, with fresh, delicious options and a beautiful setting to start the day. The combination of the incredible lagoon views, comfortable rooms, great amenities, and delicious breakfast made this stay truly special. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bacalar and would love to come back!"

"Me encantรณ el hotel, es muy รญntimo y el cuarto muy limpio los servicios de comida muy buenos pero el รบnico detalle fue que la llave del jacuzzi estaba algo deteriorada que casi no salรญa agua y fueron a regalarla. Cuando active las salidas del hidromasaje saliรณ mucha basurita le comentรฉ a la chica pero ya no me contestรณ. Sin embargo me parece muy bien lugar para descansar y disf6de la laguna y la tranquilidad que hay. Las vistas son muy hermosas"

"The room and bathroom were small but very clean. On site restaurant was located at sister hotel across the street. No bell hop service but luckily our room was on the ground floor. It was a short walk to the main avenue with shops, access to taxis, etc."
