"本來訂了入住此酒店，到達當天因交通問題來不及於2130前到達飯店。經與飯店職員溝通後，他教了本人可停車在那一停車場，再走路到飯店。怎料，職員說的停車場過了時間都關了，其實周邊的大多數已暫停營業！最後找到一個但客滿，無法停車！這時，帶着小孩的我們，感到非常徬徨，只好再跟飯店聯絡，告知我們無法到達，在近半夜的時間找了附近另一飯店投宿。 翌日，我們再致電飯店，對職員說出昨晚事件始末，他們願意不收取我們房費，這算是很體貼的！同時，我們再試行開車前往飯店，但原來那橋只供遊覽車使用，一般自行開車去的，要停在八景島外的停車場，然後走路進去。其實，飯店會否提供接駁車載客人進去？有沒有其他公共交通工具可以到達飯店？這樣，對於一個外地遊客來說，完全缺乏了這方面的資訊！若早點得悉，可能會考慮是否訂這飯店？如有其他客人想入住，儘量在白天到，因為天黑找路很難！這真是一次很難忘的住宿經歷！"

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yokosuka Harbour Hotel and highly recommend it to others. The hotel is close to train stations, shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is 800 yen per person and was delicious. The hotel staff was very courteous and responsive. "

"I was skeptical when I booked this place because the rooms were so inexpensive. But the staff was very friendly, the hotel was very quiet, and the rooms were well stocked. I read a review that you could smell smoke in non smoking rooms and that was not my experience. We had a very pleasant stay and the location was great too. "
