Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Walls splatter with ? and worn. Bathroom has mold around sink and in shower area. Under bed was very dirty with debris. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs work. Floors are dirty. Needed to go to front desk multiple days because housekeeping for got to leave coffee or shorted us towels. No place to put luggage and no real clothing storage in room. More space is given to kitchenette than clothing storage so we lived out of suitcases on the floor.

The staff were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. The room has everything we needed. Towels and drinking water were provided on a daily basis. The streets we walked on were not very clean and somewhat smelly.

"Good value for price, and excellent location in Hongdae. Also very convenient money exchange machine available in the common area. Could see some wear in the room (eg, scratches on walls). Elevators could be slow during peak times, and there was a line up to use the laundry room!"
