"This hotel is in a great location. It is close to trains, buses, ferries and the central area. There are a lot of walkable areas with shops and restaurants and markets to explore. The hotel itself is small but has restaurants and a bar. I did eat breakfast there one morning and it was good. I would say the staff are not too friendly and semi helpful if you ask them questions about the area. The room was very clean and although smallish it had everything you needed. "Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "
