"Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig). The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking...

"The front office was not the friendliest when i checked in on 5 April and subsequently the next day when i checked on my room status. The hotel is going thru some cost savings measure as it is pretty apparent. Stayed in the hotel every year for the past 4 years and must say this year is the most disappointed"
