"Breakfast had vegan choices which were nice for non dairy choices food was fresh and plentiful. Rooms verry small but to be expected on one of the main Platz areas but was very clean and room cleaned daily."

"Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Excellent location and we were able to walk to almost all of the major sites we wanted to see. Beautiful views of the cathedral and the river from our room. Lovely atrium bar. We would definitely stay here again if in Berlin."

"What I will always remember about this very nice hotel, is that I drop my wallet on my way out of the hotel, in the street. Two hours later when I came back, one of the evening staff asked me if it was mine, and after proving it, he returned it intact. Berlin was our first stop for a one month trip. Loosing my wallet would have ruined it. He saved our trip, and the hotel was very nice."

"We stayed in a grand twin room - the room was very spacious and the bedding and everthing was well cleaned. There was lots of room to put down a suitcase, hang up clothes etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a lot of walking around the city. The location is excellent, centrally located for walking to the major tourist attractions both northwards and southwards. Yet it was also quiet and peaceful, we didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel. It was reassuring that there was a safe in the room, and the soaps provided were nice. The reception staff were friendly and looked after our baggage after check out. There are snacks/drinks vending machines, and boiling hot water dispenser and free teas on alternating floors. Overall a great value place to stay for our first trip to Berlin."

"The staff were amazing. Really helpful (we were able to check-in early but they gave us the wrong type of room which they quickly rectified) every time we asked a question or asked for help. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a really good shower. The location is excellent, handily located near the U-2 station Markisches Museum and bus stops and the street seem quiet and safe. Splashed out on the breakfast on our last day and it was superb, with a good selection to choose from."

"Did not receive room cleaning when I requested it via the "button" in the room as instructed. I think it was defective, but the only way to find out was when they didnt clean the room..."
