"I had a great stay at serenade. The team went above and beyond for me and my family. Agapito, our butler was at our beck and call and assisted me with decor, dinner reservations, and surprising my boyfriend for his birthday. Angie the server at the pool was so friendly and expedited our drink service every time. Charlenis at the cafe had our coffees decorated and tasty everyday. Alejandro, Cristofer, and Maria the guest service entertainment crew were so fun and pleasant! I had a great stay and we can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you everyone who helped make this trip unforgettable ❤️❤️❤️🇩🇴."
