"The property I beautiful and the room views amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint was having to check out. Will be back!"

"Liked the beach view and the beach was great. Outdoor pool was also fantastic. Staff during check in were not as friendly as expected, it took them a while (1.5 hours) to get our daughter a pack and play that was requested with anticipation. Meals were quite expensive and not as great."

"This is property is primarily an event and meeting facility. The staff, particularly the concierge were excellent. Unfortunately, there was no bellman for 9 AM check out . The only evening dining available is a small menu in the bar/lounge, with seating in a large open area used for event. Breakfast was available in a second floor restaurant that only seres breakfast. The other breakfast option is room service."

"The hotel was nice, the housekeeping staff never came back the second day to clean our room despite us going to the front desk on three separate occasions to ask for our room to be cleaned and us being reassured that it would be. When they did come the following day nothing was actually cleaned. It looked as though they had somewhat made our beds and replaced some of the towels. The trash was still full, the shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned and the counters weren’t wiped off. We just...

"The Tiki Hut draws a lot of offsite guests, which makes it very crowded for the guests staying at the hotel. Beach access is excellent and steps away from the hotel. It’s a crowded beach with public access so it gets very busy. Walking distance to shops and restaurants is a nice perk of the location."

"We loved the Thompson! Everything was amazing! We used to live in Savannah and this area has become such a pleasant addition to Savannah! Staff helped us quickly with an HDMI hookup and accommodations were wonderful."
