"It was cute and the bathroom and sheets etc were clean. The rug was not clean (my shoes picked up several hairballs.). Great location with easy access to everything. Amenities in the room were limited without hairdryer or mini fridge or hooks to hang wet towels. But there were a coffee set up and water for two people (on check in only.)"

"A beautifully maintained boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean, with friendly staff and a virtual concierge in the room. Check in and out was easy. An app explains local amenities. Public transport is outside. There are several good quality local cafes and shops nearby. Room is fresh, with a fridge and shower that work perfectly. Went directly to front desk to fix as soon as got to the room. Took a while to fix that with no apology. Got a new room. Some staff friendly and some not. First thing that strikes you is the stains on the carpet and dirty hallways that need cleaning. Room didn't have enough towels for 2 people. They did give us one extra...
