"Stayed 2 nights in Feb. Very comfortable bed and well presented room. The Inn itself was quiet and so lacked a little atmosphere but then it was mid-week. "We absolute loved our stay at Castle House. It is a beautiful house and the decor and facilities were high end. The house was spotless when we arrived and the towels, cleaning and kitchen products and toiletries were such a lovely added touch. The tvs are amazing and every channel you could possibly want. "The place was lovely. The staff were so friendly, they accommodate a few special requests of mine for food. I ate dinner there every night. The food was excellent, with lots of options for vegan meals. The room was clean and well presented. Overall, I enjoyed the stay more than I was anticipating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone to stay at George’s. "

"This B&B is exceptional, full of character, spacious, clean, welcoming, run fantastically well by a lovely family - I highly recommend. The full English breakfast was exceptional and served by the granddaughter so lovingly and efficiently. Will be staying again every time in the Stockport area from now on. "Midweek trip to Buxton and surrounding area. Host, Louise was extremely helpful before during and after our stay. The rooms are modern, well equipped and very comfortable for short stays. "Very enjoyable stay at The Cheshire Cheese Inn, staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the evening meal and the food quality was excellent and the service great. Nothing was too much trouble and the team chatted to us throughout the evening. Breakfast the following morning was top notch (my particular favourites being the sausage and bacon). I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay in this wonderful establishment if you’re ever in the area,"

"The room we stayed in at the back of the pub called The Old Barn was amazing. So clean, eco friendly and spacious. We did think the top floor overlooking the lounge area could be utilised better as there was just a massive dining table in there. The staff and dining in the pub was exceptional. "
