"The hotel is dated no doubt. The website pictures are AI, and doesn’t show the real wear and tear of an older hotel. The furniture and carpet needs updating and the walls and ceiling shows water and rust damage. This is not what I consider a $300/night hotel with a $35/night valet parking lot. I expected it to look more modern."

"Not worth a dime. The young redhead man in the front was digging in his nose on the phone until he finally looked up and seen me (yuck). The rooms are filthy bed skirts nasty and stained the room itself old and ran down. Stuff stuck to the door. Fast forward I asked for new sheets they had the audacity to ask me why?The sheets were stained housekeeping leaves I guess at about 6 or 630 but they are the only ones with the key they claim so no new sheets. Bad experience all around and want deposit for damages but the first room they gave us fridge was leaking the whole half of the closet door was gone and laying on the dresser. Stuff on the floor and again a dirty bed also a randown old room. The second room was a little better but still ran down. DO NOT STAY THERE PERIOD. OH dont get me started about the folks that hang around outside🙄"

"Valet is my only complaint, there’s no parking so it’s 100% valet. And things get pretty backed up. Friendly staff and good food."

"This property was very modern and convenient. My bed was comfortable and the room was clean and gave a relaxing feel. The front desk attendants were very friendly and nice. The bar and restaurant area has a very elegant look."

"Sits between downtown and Rhodes College. On-site complimentary parking. Complimentary breakfast was varied and tasty by cook Ms. Zee. Quiet."

"The hotel is a bit gimmicky, the restaurant selection was pretty good and the food was very good. That’s the reason I’m giving it three stars. The room, at least the one that we stayed in, was extremely dirty. It looked as though no one had vacuumed between the nightstand and the bed in years. The overall room was very dark and again was not clean. We found items on the floor in the bathroom, which would suggest that the floors were never mopped in between customers otherwise there would be no way to miss that. We’ve stayed at other hotels on this trip and considering the price point of this hotel, it doesn’t compare to others at that level. "
