Very convenient location if you're visting Beall Street or the Orpheum. This is an old hotel that needs refreshed. However, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast was the Comfort Inn breakfast that I've come to expect from Comfort Inns. For a downtown hotel, the price was an excellent deal and front desk staff was very kind.

We chose this hotel because it was a reasonable price for Labor Day week. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The parking was less expensive than most and the pool was a nice amenity after walking Beale Street in the heat. It is also close to the highway, so very easy to access and resume travels after checkout. The breakfast that was included was delicious as well.
