The communication from the property manager was amazing. They kept us informed and updated at every step of the process. They allowed us to checkin early and when our plans changed and we needed to leave one night early they refunded us the night which was very appreciated. The sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfortable but the floor plan is a little odd. One has to enter the bedroom to use the only bathroom.
