"The location is fantastic. We walked to The Underground in seven minutes. Our view of Tower Bridge was legendary. We did have a bathtub and we were happy about that. Our twin beds were both very comfortable. TV and WiFi worked well. It was quiet. We had a little space heater in our room and that worked well and kept us very warm. Concierge was very helpful and kind. Taxi rank outside made getting away very easy when we were in a rush. This hotel is not new, but it was in good condition and comfortable."

"There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down"

The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing by train. It’s a great option for a quick stopover or layover in London. Comfortable, simple, and easy — I would definitely stay here again for a short visit."
