"Excelente local para ficar perto do aeroporto. Não usamos o transfer que é pago. Estacionamento pago (£21,30 por dia) e, quando chegar, procure a máquina de pagamento ao lado da recepção. Café da manhã pago à parte, não utilizamos pelo horário do nosso voo."

"Long opening hours bar a bonus for hot tired travellers and bar food from 11 am too. Comfy beds, new bathroom and handy shuttle bus from bay 18 at the airport. All very helpful"

I also got an email prior to checking in to pay despite paying when I booked??? Really handy for early morning flight, would recommend."

"Room was not cleaned for the 2 nights we were there even after requesting. The walls were dirty as well. I was told by staff she would try and clean the room. Needless to say. We had 2 rooms booked neither was cleaned. Cleaning your surrounding property would also help with the perception of your Days Inn. I have never seen one so run down."

"Hi arrived around 2 30am, no-one was about , other than a guest waitfor towels for the room, whe we got to the room it had no toilet paper or towels, we had a drink, but again no spoons, the bed was very cheap and lumpy and hard. We had to sleep with the window open, because of the heat ,the road was very loud. The window had a broken safety catch, so a child could fall out, the bed was under the window, the room looked to have been made up to a third word standard, I think it's owners...

"Unfortunately, the room temperature was hot beyond any reasonable level. Being British and living in an old home here in the UK I understand how hot upper level rooms can get in the extreme heat and was expecting the temperature to be excessive. The actual temperature was beyond extreme and the fan provided did not oscillate and was extremely noisy. I’m not sure rooms should be sold and certainly not a full price in such extreme temperatures. Thankfully we had booked to go to an event that...

"We arrived at about 730pm and were greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Our room was clean and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed! As it was summer, we were also provided a portable fan in the room, should it become too warm. We had a great dinner at the Feathers Pub and a swift check out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The property is also conveniently located, just about a 10-minute walk from Harlow Station. The room was clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. I would definitely recommend it."

"Staff were extremely helpful, hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained, particularly the pool area. Lunch and breakfast were good value. The room hadn't been cleaned, though we were told it was ready for us, but the reception staff offered us an alternative room when I rang them about it - as we were going out, we agreed they would clean the room then, and it was fine when we returned. Overall, an enjoyable stay. Thanks"

"We chose an inside room, hoping for a dark night, but found out later there was a skylight in the ceiling, which was bright all night long, eye masks were provided. Because the room was windowless there was no airflow, there was a fan on the bedside table, but room was rather hot and stuffy. The beds were just OK. The food at the restaurant was mediocre. Service was great! The grounds were beautiful. Would stay again in a different room."
