"The service before we even checked in was amazing. The front desk staff was very patient, kind and allowed us to check our baggage since we arrived a few hours early and had a tour to catch. The room was very clean, spacious (for New York), and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed in 3 different hotels over the span of our trip and this was by far the best. We will be staying here again and for longer next time!"

We told the man downstairs at the reception desk and he said he would get someone to look at it- we came back to our room and it was still not fixed.
