"I think the room rental is mainly going to the location right in front of the beach. The maintenance is below standard, such as the table lamp doesn't work, and the door key is stuck in the lock and hard to remove. The sound insulation is very poor, and I can hear the tenants next door talking at night. The receptionist is nice. 10% off from the Basecamp burgers for the motel tenants helps add some positive comments."
