"The apartment was well appointed and designed. The bed was AMAZING! The kitchen had most items necessary for a week stay. The microwave-oven had directions in Spanish so it was not easy to navigate cooking. Dishwasher did not work. The phone hotel phone did not work, but the hotel's texting AI was great, easy to get attention by texting for towels, trash bags etc. They had a Nespresso coffee machine in kitchen, but did not use since they charged for the capsules. "I booked Reside Houston Dwntwn for my boss and myself for a 4 day work trip to Houston. This hotel was beautiful, my boss loved his room and my was equally beautiful. I was hesitant initial to book this place because I didn't see much about it online but I am so glad I did. I took a few photos of my room, definitely will stay again. Also the front desk staff were so kind and recommended a few dinner spots for us. Definitely 10/10"

"My stay was a big part of my trip. I also liked it was only one payment and no hidden fee. It was easy to access to the area manager and also you didn’t have to be in communication with anyone to check in. The process was really smooth and not to mention the place was beautiful and well kept."

"Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. "Me and my went to have some alone time at the bar and pool which neither was available per the manager they have informed you guys of the amenities not being available for what i oaid i could have went somewhere where i get it all. Parking only had valet there wasnt any other option due to them closing in two weeks smh "
