"My family spent the weekend there and couldnt really use the pool every time they tried it was packed with tons of kids misbehaving and taking up space with tons of pool toys and adults taking up the hot tub and drinking alcohol all around it. Couldn't enjoy the room because music was blaring so loudly. The rooms were clean and nice so that was good but sad to not be able to enjoy the other amenities"

"I’ve stayed here when it was still Sonder. I would like the hotel to provide square footage of the rooms on booking sites. Also in the past Sonder would offer early check depending on the time at 20 or 30 dollars. Hotel Houze charges 50 dollars regardless of time. The earliest they allow check in is 330. 50 is a bit high for early check in. Other than that "

"We had booked a room with two double beds. When we got to our room it was a king bed in a suite. We went back to the front desk and they said they had to switch our room as they had no rooms available with two beds. The suite which was quite large had a full kitchen. Unfortunately it was not equipped with even a spoon or any cups to use with the coffee maker. While it was a sprite every cupboard and drawer was completely empty and dusty. It was also not restocked with coffee for our following...

Room was a little scuffed…TV remote didn’t have a back on it and the batteries were in wrong lol putting in TV channel #s didn’t work so had to use the arrows to actual have the channels work or else they were static/not available. Pool door lock didn’t work so you/anyone could just waltz in. No towels down there either. Jacuzzi jets were out of order."
