"This is an older property with lots of character. Located near the downtown area, there are lots of dining choices within walking distance. There could be some work done in the interior to make it more appealing but the room was clean, comfortable and, even though we faced the main street, quiet. "We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits. Costs were higher than normal as event on at the St Mary’s Stadium but still a great stay despite the inflated price."
