"This was a perfect place to stay. The host couple are incredibly kind and caring. You can tell they truly put their heart into taking care of the whole property. The room was very clean and spacious. Everything was well prepared — TV, microwave, coffee, towels, extra blankets — all thoughtfully provided. The view from the balcony was beautiful. "Located in the center of Hilo 5-15 minutes away from everything, 45 minutes from Kilauea lookout. The building is older and the lower floors are private businesses but you basically only go to the elevator and the coffee shop. The unit was nice, recently renovated everything kitchen to bathroom. The downfall was the A/C in one of the rooms just broke down and a part needed to be ordered but other than that unit was clean, nice, and enjoyable.
