"This has to be my favourite hotel chain in Japan. Gorgeous hotel with beautiful foyer (that smelled so good I even bought some of the essential oil they use from them!), seamless check in with lovely staff, and large, clean, well appointed room with everything I needed. The rooftop public bath is fantastic - managed to fit in in twice during my one night stay. I rarely pay for hotel breakfasts, but I booked this one in advance as it had received good reviews and I'm glad I did - it was incredible! Such a wonderful array of food and drink in a lovely dining room overlooking a peaceful garden. The hotel was a haven from the humidity outside - it always felt so lovely to walk back in the doors! Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect for families! The hotel is located right next to Kanazawa Station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very helpful. The only downside is that the laundry machines in the hotel were not clean and lacked a tub-cleaning function (which is usually standard for washing machines in Japan), making me hesitate to use them. However, there is a coin laundromat about an 8-minute walk from the hotel."

"Room clean. Big department stores with good basement fresh food market nearby. Easy walking distances to Kenroku-en and samurai, geisha districts. Unlike other hotels I have stayed, this hotel does not offer free breakfasts. I need to pay ยฅ2750 for each breakfast. There arenโt as many variety of food offered as in my free breakfasts in other hotels; so I just tried once and went to eat breakfast somewhere else."
