"Very close to downtown Osaka and two nearby train stations making very convenient location. We were given clear instructions on how to check-in and there’s also storage for baggage with security cameras. If I go to Osaka again I would stay here again and there’s no cleaners that come in daily only when you checkout."

"We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner."

On top of the usual things you would find in an hotel room, our room came with a large fridge, a microwave, a stovetop and even dishes and silverware. Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. "お部屋はとても清潔でした。部屋の広さも十分だし、隣の音も聞こえず静かだし、駅も近くて、周りにはスーパー、コンビニもあり、安いコインパーキングもありで、利便性にも優れていました。前日夜までに部屋の鍵番号がメールで届かなかったので問い合せたところ、すぐに対応もしてもらえました。機会があればまた利用したいです。"
