"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. "The location is excellent to start from and back to all the surrounding beautiful South Wales area. The amenities were brilliant, you can swim and take part in classes and use the gym. Breakfast was of excellent quality and the staff were very kind and accommodating. We ended staying an extra night! Diolch yn fawr iawn Llety Cynin for a memorable stay!"

"Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. "Host Karen was friendly and helpful. The place is set in a peaceful and beautiful location. I stayed for 9 days due to working in and around the location and I enjoyed it . Would not hesitate to go back. Fantastic views ,nice walks and a really comfy and tidy apartment"
