"Excellent check in and greeting from reception. Room was adequate, if stuck in the 80’s but shower pressure was dreadful. Also shower is over the bath so be aware of this if you have mobility issues. Parking is good but a 24 hour fee of £5 has been introduced, partly redeemable at the hotel bar. Breakfast was good"

Check in from 4 but door locked. It was a little frustrating as I’d been working all day but wasn’t waiting too long. "On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed"

"The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small. The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! I resorted to boiling the kettle so that I could shave. The hot water supplied to the shower was okay. The Saturday night entertainment was very loud and appeared to be...

"Host Karen was friendly and helpful. The place is set in a peaceful and beautiful location. I stayed for 9 days due to working in and around the location and I enjoyed it . Would not hesitate to go back. Fantastic views ,nice walks and a really comfy and tidy apartment"
