"This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. "The location is excellent to start from and back to all the surrounding beautiful South Wales area. The amenities were brilliant, you can swim and take part in classes and use the gym. "Firstly, the chalet was very difficult to find. The host only gave us the instruction to check the map outside reception. After having to find a member of bar staff (as reception had closed by the time of our arrival), we were told this map had long been removed. Secondly, the chalet had a mould issue. The cabin had a foul odour throughout of damp. There was mould on the curtains and around fixtures and fittings. Thirdly, the shower did not drain quickly. By the end of your shower, you were up...
