Top Carmarthen Hotel Reviews

Mercure Swansea Hotel

Mercure Swansea Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and create a truely homely feel. The little welcome gift is lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. Slightly dated bathrooms with fixed show heads and no walk in showers but they are clean and have all that is required. Bar and restaurant is very good with great staff and food is good quality. Limited to do nearby but a large car park and quiet. Could do with a swimming pool and leisure facilities to cope with local competition. Staff make this stay and allow you to forgive the modernisation of rooms"

Fox and Hounds Inn

10/10 Excellent
"Having just spent 4 nights at The Fox and Hounds we can thoroughly recommend it. Firstly the room we had (no.5) was well decorated, very clean with tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits. The bathroom was very clean with a generous sized shower and plenty of towels. We had 4 evening meals and the food was lovely, home cooked with generous portions. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. My only hope is that they eventually become dog friendly accommodation and then we can return with our dog for another stay! Thanks very much for a wonderful break! ๐Ÿ˜€"
