"Property is somewhat old. Our room has paint pealing from the ceiling. Also bed seemed to be broken. We also had white dust all over our room I’m guessing from the ac unit. The hotel did come and vacuum the ac unit. However it took sometime for them to clean the room."

"I loved loved loved this hotel. Nothing but freshness in the air. Very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are amazing for a peaceful walk. Staff on point. Room cleaned to perfection. Will definitely stay again."

"Cozy boutique hotel in a convenient location. Check in front desk staff were friendly and informative. The restaurant staff at the hotel were not very friendly. I would return to hotel but not eat at the hotel."

"The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best."

"The hotel is dirty. The elevators are dirty. The rooms are dirty and pretty beat up. My shower barely had any water pressure. The staff was excellent, helpful and super friendly."

"NO hangers, dresser, coffee maker (had to go buy one as there is not even a guest area with one), and only one end table on side of the bed. Had 2 small towels and 1 hand towel. Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths. A lamp was the bath light which left us with little light and only 1 plug in bathroom. The tub was seperate but had a distinct dirty ring in it, so we didn't use it. The walls...

"There was no was no one at the front desk every time I went there for check in I had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to show up and for check out it was no one at all"
