"Ample parking. Front desk staff didn’t let us know about the room not being cleaned every other day. We stayed 2 days and came back to a room that was not cleaned."

"The check-in process seamless and the young lady at the desk was very polite and knowledgeable. The room was more than spacious and came with a kitchenette that was unexpected. The bed was kind of low to floor but still comfy; and although the room faced a highway we weren’t bothered by the noise at all. The location couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Property is somewhat old. Our room has paint pealing from the ceiling. Also bed seemed to be broken. We also had white dust all over our room I’m guessing from the ac unit. The hotel did come and vacuum the ac unit. However it took sometime for them to clean the room."

"A group of us stayed at the West& Main property recently and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only about 20mins from Center City, Philly. Check in was quick and easy with front desk staff being both welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Upon first entering it also smelled freshly cleaned which we all appreciated. At one point we requested extra towels and the gentleman who brought them (within 10mins of us calling the front desk might I add) was so pleasant and...

"they were blood stains on the blanket (we noticed it on day 3) - no one told us to ask for cleaning we stayed there for 4 nights expecting a cleaning service??? this is hyatt how is that possible - breakfast was awful my mother didnt even go downstairs after we saw the breakfast - the breakfast area itself was nasty - the room smelled - the couch in the room was stained all over i didnt even sit on it once - overall im frasturated and mad because i chose hyatt for its realiabilty and quality...

"Where do I start? Cleaning service was not explained had to be requested at check in. Towels were requested and I was told I have to pick them up from the front desk. Entire set was not available, I had to further request additional towels. After getting towels and entering shower, the soap dispenser was empty. Overall horrible service. When I spoke to front desk agent, they promised me 5000 Bonvoy points…still waiting."

"The staff was so completely rude from the moment I walked in. It was extremely uncomfortable and it’s a shame because that particular Marriott has been there since I was a child and it has most certainly gone way downhill. I think if the staff members at that business were replaced with people that were actually friendly and knowledgeable of customer service people wouldn’t complain so much. Other than that, below mediocre at best."
