"Staff was somewhat dismissive about our fatigue when we arrived early due to an early flight. Told us we could walk around for the day until our room was ready. Didn’t tell us about the hop on hop off bus that we could have used. On the end of our trip to Italy we stayed there again. They had my name misspelled and couldn’t find the reservation. The room had a musty odor. We had an uncomfortable night."

I noted that there were dirty dishes left in the hallway - common area floor for at least 14 hours, indicating that housekeeping was not on a periodic monitoring of floors, at least on the days that we stayed. Whether this was indicative of a systemic concern or a single bad day for housekeeping, it left an unfavourable impression. This single event should not dissuade people from staying, but if there are multiple such instances across other reviews, this would indicate a need for management to review processes. "
